Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused KeepCup in its original box and shipping carton to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
